Health Scores
Every location in Rankup receives a health score from 0 to 100, calculated from multiple data signals. The Health Overview dashboard shows the portfolio-level picture across all locations.
How scores are calculated
Health scores are a weighted composite of:

| Review sentiment | 40% | Average sentiment and trend direction from recent reviews |
| Theme distribution | 25% | Ratio of positive to negative themes extracted from reviews |
| AI perception accuracy | 20% | How accurately AI engines describe the location |
| Branded search signals | 15% | Volume and sentiment of brand-related search queries |
Health statuses
- Green (70-100) - Location is healthy. Reviews are positive, AI perception is accurate, branded search is strong.
- Yellow (40-69) - Warning signs detected. Some negative themes emerging, AI inaccuracies, or declining search signals.
- Red (0-39) - Critical issues. Significant negative review themes, harmful AI misrepresentation, or branded search problems.
Portfolio dashboard
The Health Overview page shows:
- Distribution chart - how many locations are green, yellow, and red
- Trending themes - the most common positive and negative themes across all locations
- Score changes - which locations improved or declined since the last refresh
- Filter by status - quickly find locations that need attention
Refresh frequency
Health scores refresh based on your plan:
- Starter - weekly
- Professional - daily
- Enterprise - real-time
Scores labeled "Pending" haven't been calculated yet - this typically happens for newly imported locations.
